We are looking for caring, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our student care team in guiding and supporting primary school children after school.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students
- Guide students in homework and spelling preparation
- Conduct classroom management and daily routines
- Create lesson plans and conduct engaging lessons and activities
- Plan and support event celebrations, holiday programmes, and enrichment activities
- Conduct simple crafts, games, and hands-on learning activities
- Maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Communicate with parents and team members when needed
- Assist in general centre operations and upkeep
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children
- Patient, responsible, and able to manage a group of students
- Creative and able to conduct engaging activities for children
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese
- Experience in student care, tuition, teaching, or childcare preferred
