Student Care Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and caring Student Care Assistant to support the daily operations of our student care centre. The role involves assisting teachers, ensuring students safety, and helping create a positive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of students

• Support students with their homework and daily activities

• Maintain classroom discipline under teachers guidance

• Help organize simple enrichment and recreational activities

• Monitor students behaviour and report concerns to the teacher

• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as attendance and record keeping

• Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in childcare, student care, or teaching assistance preferred

• Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant training in childcare, children's services, or working with school-age children

• Possess a valid First Aid certification (Child First Aid preferred)
