About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Student Admission Executive to support student admissions and enrolment operations. The role involves managing pre-enrolment documentation, coordinating immigration-related applications, and assisting with internal reporting to ensure accurate and timely administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins, and online platforms in a professional manner
Process student applications and admissions documentation accurately and promptly
Verify completeness and consistency of academic, identification, and supporting documents
Prepare and maintain student records, enrolment files, and admissions data
Assist in the preparation of reports related to student enrolment and fee protection arrangements
Coordinate Student Pass applications, renewals, and related documentation submission
Liaise with students, parents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate admissions and enrolment processes
Support orientation, enrolment briefings, and onboarding activities
Ensure proper documentation filing and adherence to internal procedures
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines
At least 1-2 years of experience in admissions, education administration, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in student admissions or education administration is an advantage
