Role Responsibilities

  • Drive structured products sales in Singapore and the wider region, identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing directly to revenue growth and brand visibility in Asia.
  • Work end-to-end on structured solutions, collaborating with product, risk, marketing, and compliance teams to design, position, and deliver competitive offerings that meet client objectives.
  • Strengthen and expand strategic client relationships, conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and leveraging insights to support the company's mission of being a leading independent partner for structured investments.

Requirements

  • Solid academic and industry foundation - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, paired with 3-5 years experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within banking, enabling you to quickly add value and grow your impact.
  • Proven structured products expertise - In-depth knowledge of structured financial products, investment strategies, and key instruments, supported by strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office to position offerings competitively.
  • Client-focused commercial mindset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts, collaborate effectively in a team, negotiate with clients, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
