STRUCTURE COORDINATOR

Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed. Study consultants design drawings and highlight the missing information, design clashes and design inconveniences for construction.

. Manage the project's design coordination works. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of the coordination. Ensure the information between different disciplines are communicated and discussed among the team.

. Manage the project's drawing coordination in between disciplines and sub-contractors drawings.

. Manage the project's drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction.

. Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation, to capture all detail dimensions and settings. Must be able to convey technical information to BIM modeller/ drafter via sketches. Must be able to study and understand technical drawings independently without the drafter's assistance. Must be able to identify the critical technical information/sections that need to be generated for construction usage and technical resolution.
