Responsible for assigned scope of construction activities by planning, managing, and coordinating construction execution strategy and day-to-day activities. Plan and implement the constructability and progress on all subjected construction area (e.g., Structure, Piping, Mechanical, E&I, Painting, etc.).
Schedule & manage the cost to ensure construction & installation progress is on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Organize, direct, and supervise Subcontractors to ensure construction & installation procedures are according to drawing, meet relevant regulation requirement and fulfill equipment vendor's specification. Setup contracts with manning agents and organize mobilization of personnel for various operating assets. Assist with recruitment of crew and start of FPSO operations (if required)
Define the responsibilities and management structure of the assigned scope, especially setting targets and guiding discipline supervisors. Coach the team members.
Monitor the efficiency of the planned maintenance system and management of spare part inventories aboard various assets.
Monitor and liaise with office for status and planning of Class/ Statutory surveys
Ensure that all the required inspection & testing and Mechanical Completion (by ITRs) completed for the Subcontractors activities.
Provide construction support and assistance to Commissioning Team.
Comply and implement MODEC HSSEQ Policy and requirements to the construction activities within level of authority.
Monitor reports presented by the regulatory authorities, Safety Auditors and ensure implementation of corrective action as required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 15 years and above of recent experience working for FPSO
Good knowledge of QC documentreview, traceability records, MDR, WPS, WPQR and NDT reports.
Good knowledge in Industrial codes such as ASME Sec V, Sec VIII Div1, Section IX, B31.3, , AWS D1.1 andAPI 570
