Civil & Structural Design Manager (Iconic Mixed Development)

• Lead the C&S design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
• Liaise closely with project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Provide technical guidance and support for structural and civil engineering challenges and review site issues when needed
• Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of design specifications.
• Validate design proposals, calculations, drawings, and specifications provided by consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, etc.) to resolve design clashes and ensure project integration
• Handle submission and approval processes with relevant authorities
• Conduct design risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil and structural design management
• Possess strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building regulations.
