Structural Steel Project Coordinator

• Responsible for the planning, supervision and monitoring of work progress at project site
• Carry out daily checks on the structural steel, architectural or metal works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all safety standards and clients requirement.
• Take site measurement and issue work order
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing
• Coordinate with site personnel, consultants and clients
• Ensure smooth site progress

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least three years of working experience in structural steel
• Experience with BTO & HDB projects is preferable
• Building Construction Supervision Safety Course to be advantage
• Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
