Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Civil or Structural Engineer to join our Technical Sales & Support team.
This role offers an opportunity to combine engineering knowledge with business development, technical consultancy and professional training. You will work closely with engineering consultants and software developers to promote advanced design technologies and support effective engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants and industry professionals.
Provide technical advice, demonstrations and support for structural engineering software applications.
Conduct hands-on training, technical workshops and webinars for engineering professionals.
Troubleshoot software applications and assist clients in understanding underlying engineering principles and design methodologies.
Liaise with software developers to address technical issues, communicate customer feedback and recommend improvements.
Support marketing initiatives, technical seminars and workshops in Singapore, Malaysia and the region.
Keep abreast of developments in structural engineering practices, design codes and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in reinforced concrete or steel structural design.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
Experience with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, IDEA StatiCa or other finite element analysis software.
Good understanding of structural analysis, design principles and engineering fundamentals.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working independently as well as within a small team.
Willingness to learn, take initiative and engage directly with clients.
Interest in technical sales, consultancy, business development or engineering education.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to engineering professionals.
