Job Description

• Perform structural assessments under blast, shock, and other extreme events

• Apply international standards such as UFC 334002

• Use advanced modelling tools and methods (training provided)

• Design blast-resistant elements and mitigation systems

• Work on infrastructure, industrial, and secure facility projects

• Generate technical reports, drawings, and design proposals

• Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and presentations

• Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders

• Attend weekly coordination meetings with consultants and architects

• Conduct site surveys and monitor construction progress

• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Experience in structural design (reinforced concrete/steel)

• Knowledge of FEM/structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, MIDAS, SAP, PLAXIS)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Exposure to dynamic loading, non-linear modelling, or seismic analysis
