Lufthansa Technik is currently seeking a highly capable candidate for the position of Strategy SalesManager for Lufthansa Technik's customers in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. The position falls within the Engine Services Segment of Lufthansa Technik and will be responsible for:
- Developing global and regional sales strategies for Engine Maintenance Services and Mobile Engine Services in coordination with central departments and relevant Segment-internal interfaces. Identifying market potential, deriving global and regional measures, and implementing and assuming responsibility for them.
- Preparing and analyzing the results of customer satisfaction monitoring. Agree on, monitoring, and coordinating specific measures to increase customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing sales standards and methods, optimize and further develop the sales process based on best practice analysis, and map it in the internal system and integrate it into routine processes.
- Redesigning and further developing standard contracts and offer templates.
- Initiating marketing activities globally and regionally and coordinating them in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces. Creating and updating marketing materials (brochures, product presentations, etc.).
- Analyzing sales projects and potential, collecting and preparing data, and preparing management reports and presentations. Preparing global/regional sales budgets and target agreements and coordinating with the necessary interfaces.
- Consolidating and sharing feedback on sales-specific IT tools. Initiating the optimization and further development of calculation tools and other internal IT solutions to contribute to the digitalization of sales.
- Collecting and analyzing customer needs and requirements regarding engine services, consolidating superior competitor know-how regionally and globally, and initiating and supporting the further development of services.
- Developing training and onboarding concepts for Engine Services Segment Sales Managers by developing, organizing, and/or conduct training courses related to sales processes and standard contracts for the Sales Managers.
- Participate in and/or lead projects

Your Profile
- University degree in Economics or Engineering and, depending on the degree program, additional demonstrable business expertise or strong technical understanding
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the MRO industry, preferably in engine overhaul or in a comparable field
- Excellent knowledge of the global MRO market with a focus on engine overhaul
- Experienced in project management with strong analytical, conceptual, decision-making skills, and sound judgement
- High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
- Like working with people and in a team, solving problems, and developing yourself by being challenged in your day-to-day work
- Ability and self-driven motivation to adapt and solve complex challenges and new ways of business
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of an Asian language or German is advantageous
- Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent and professional way
- Able to travel regularly within Asia Pacific and to Germany
