What Youll Do

Support the development and execution of business strategies to achieve company goals

Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and efficiencies

Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams

Prepare business reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations

Conduct market and competitive research to provide actionable insights

Manage special projects and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives

What Were Looking For

25 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Self-driven with a structured, data-driven approach

Nice to Have

Experience in management consulting, tech, or high-growth startups

Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
