Strategy & Management Consulting Director

Job Description:

- Responsible to the end-to-end process of client projects, including overall accountability for specific modules in large-scale engagements.

- Work closely with clients to deepen understanding of competitive dynamics and develop strategies.

- Lead large-scale client projects with full delivery accountability.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects.

- Build long-term relationships with client C-suite and decision-makers.

- Establish and codify practice areas build thought leadership

- Contribute directly to firm management, including hiring, talent development, strategic planning.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

- Develop and elevate team capability across the organization.

- Other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent Master's Degree (Top tier universities are highly welcome).

- At least 7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, Private Equity/VC Funds, audit, law, or related fields.

- Minimum Manager level or above (highly preferably with experience in Big4) with internal promotion track record, or at least 5 years of experience in the professional strategy and management consultancy firm.

- Proficiency in English and a Native-level proficiency in any of the Asian language (Japanese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, etc.) to liaise with local corporate clients and stakeholders.

- Capability of C-suite/board-level advisory and executive presence.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.

Compensation:

- Work locations: Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippines/Thailand/Vietnam

- High flexibility of working location (can be hybrid and/or remotely)

- Working hours: Monday - Friday at 9:00 - 18:00 (Local time)

- Having the ownership on Cross-border engagements and projects to develop both on-the-ground market instinct and strategic perspective through daily collaboration with multinational professional teams
