We're looking for an APAC Strategy Directorto shape and drive the long-term strategy for our Asia Pacific business.
Location: Singapore
Role Purpose:
Work closely with regional leadership to build, refine and execute regional & country strategies. Support M&A strategy and executive decision-making, aligning with the Group strategy framework. Report to Group SVP Corporate Development, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement country/regional strategies; provide data-driven insights for executive decisions; support annual group strategic planning; liaise between APAC leadership and Group Strategy; prepare strategy presentations for senior leadership; manage external advisors.
- Identify and assess M&A targets in APAC; build investment cases aligned with strategy; contribute commercial due diligence; support target relationships; advise strategically
Requirements:
- 1015 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or corporate development (industrials background a plus); experience in complex strategy analysis & planning; exposure to senior leadership.
- Strong strategic & analytical thinking; commercial and value-focused; executive-level communication & influence; autonomous, proactive and organised; solid financial and M&A literacy; adaptable in fast-paced environments.
