About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategy Consultant to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will partner with clients to address complex business challenges, develop strategic roadmaps, and deliver actionable solutions that create long-term value. You will work across industries, supporting both corporate strategy and operational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the design and execution of strategic initiatives, including growth, transformation, and digital strategies.
- Analyze financial and operational data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to implement and track strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and thought leadership.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex issues.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional Asian language is an advantage.
