About Our Client: Our client is a fast-growing, private equity–backed wealth and asset management platform with integrated capabilities across advisory, investment management, and technology-enabled distribution.The candidate will partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and ensure effective execution across key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to group leadership, supporting decision-making across platform build-out, integration priorities, and growth initiatives
- Drive group strategic planning including market expansion analysis, competitive positioning, and identification of growth opportunities across Singapore's wealth and asset management landscape.
- Translate leadership priorities into structured execution roadmaps, ensuring alignment across advisory, asset management, platform, and technology verticals
- Lead high-impact special projects including platform expansion, partnership development, operating model evolution, and business transformation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business lines to enable platform integration, improve advisor productivity, and strengthen execution discipline
- Prepare executive and board-level materials including strategic updates, performance reviews, and investment discussions
- Support evaluation of new opportunities across wealth management, asset management, distribution partnerships, and adjacent financial services ecosystems
Ideal Candidate
- 4–8 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting background strongly preferred)
- Experience across strategy, transformation, or growth engagements within financial services, wealth management, or asset management
- Prior exposure to investment platforms, financial institutions, or operating businesses in Singapore is desirable
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and operate in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation
