Job Description

Strategy and Transformation Manager

(Based at Singapore, Corporate HQ)

As a Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to support in the development of long-range business strategies, lead operational transformation projects, and ensure successful execution of initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance competitiveness, and deliver sustainable value across our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and drive execution of mid-to-long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectives and regional expansion priorities
  • Lead and manage transformation programs to enhance operational effectiveness, organizational agility, and business model innovation
  • Translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable roadmaps
  • Manage and coordinate strategic cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
  • Support C-suite and senior management in scenario planning, strategic reviews, and performance tracking
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful improvement initiatives
  • Act as a transformation champion by embedding change management best practices and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Optimize resource and investment allocation across initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business planning roles, ideally within a multinational or regional HQ context
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic or change initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Agile, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic, matrixed environments
