We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Job description

As a Strategy and Operations Principal Lead for APAC YoutTube+ Acceleration, you will be transforming complex commercial issues into the strategic initiatives that accelerate our business forward. You will be responsible for architecting the go-to-market strategies for our most critical growth priorities, from YouTube export to video commerce. You will work with executive leadership, cross-functional partners, and in-market sales teams. You will forge the connective tissue that makes selling YouTube's solutions both easier and more compelling. You will have an opportunity to influence the future product and operational roadmap and make a significant impact by turning an ambitious strategy into reality.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC YouTube+ strategic acceleration function, with a focus on designing and executing initiatives to unlock new video revenue streams and accelerate business growth.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for future growth priorities, including but not limited to YouTube export, video commerce, creator compete, and other bets by architecting the operational framework and leading cross-functional collaboration to solve for complex execution issues.
  • Architect and operationalize the strategic sales enablement and acceleration programs that forge the connective tissue between our products and the frontline, making selling YouTube solutions both easier and more compelling for all APAC sellers.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and strategic recommendations that influence the future product or operational roadmap, and address the unique commercial opportunities and issues across the APAC region.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building and executing high-impact, go-to-market programs.
  • Understanding of the video/digital advertising ecosystem, with specific knowledge of YouTube's products, sales execution, and the competitive landscape in APAC.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, formulate a clear point of view, and influence executive stakeholders to drive consensus and outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to develop and operationalize strategic frameworks for complex business issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, storytelling with data and influencing stakeholders.
