Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Corporate Finance & Strategy team, along with CEO and product heads to formulate and execute the M&A strategy for the Company
- Support deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models
- Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
- Perform due diligence, research and analysis on M&A transactions
- Assist in origination, structuring and targeting of new M&A deals
- Prepare business presentations and analysis on strategic corporate initiatives
- Prepare industry research in the fintech space
- Other relevant ad hoc projects as needed
Desired Skill Sets and Attributes
- Able to commit to a Full-Time internship of 6 months starting from July/August 2025
- Bachelors degree with relevant internship experience preferred
- Genuine interest in M&A and fintech sector
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment
- Capable of delivering results while working under tight deadlines
- High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
- Comfort reading and interpreting financial statements
- Good computer skills including MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Bloomberg terminal
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Strong ability to work independently and to manage internal and external deadlines.
