Job Description

1.Strategy & Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in FMCG/Retail/Consumer/Technology: ecommerce, fintech, markets.
Deliver benchmarking and insight reports to support S&D leaders in strategy development.

2. Business & Corporate Finance Analysis

Support business case development, financial modeling, and ROI evaluation for strategic projects and new initiatives.
Perform valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis to support corporate finance activities.
Prepare investment decks, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis for senior management.

3. Deal Execution Support

Assist S&D leaders in deal execution including M&A, partnerships, and capex projects.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external advisors on transaction-related data and documents.
Track deal pipeline and provide progress updates to S&D Head and BOM.

4. Project Support & Execution

Develop project trackers and dashboards, ensuring timely follow-up of action items.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to collect and validate data.

5. KPI Monitoring & Strategic Reporting

Define and track KPIs for strategic initiatives and corporate projects.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for S&D Head and CEO.
Highlight risks, gaps, and propose preliminary corrective actions.
Work closely with BOM, Finance, Legal, sub companies to align strategy with execution.
Provide ad-hoc analysis or presentations for senior executives and investors.

6. Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience: 3-4 years in strategy consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, Private Equity or business analysis, with proven experience in deal execution (M&A, partnerships, capital raising) and exposure to FMCG, Retail, Consumer, Technology businesses.
Corporate Finance Skills: Strong in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction support.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
Education:Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related; MBA is a plus.
