The role
As a Strategic Transformation Partner, you'll work alongside C-level executives to shape and lead complex transformation programmes within the insurance sector. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll influence strategic decision-making and deliver lasting impact across entire organisations.

. Act as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and becoming embedded in their decision-making processes.
. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the broader client ecosystem.
. Steer large-scale transformation programmes initiatives that span strategic, operational, technological, and cultural domains and ensure success across time, budget, and quality.
. Represent our company at the leadership table, co-designing business transformations that drive measurable, long-term growth.
. Walk the corridors of client organisations-integrating into their structures, identifying opportunities, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
. Support and mentor internal client-facing teams to elevate their impact and strengthen collaborative delivery.

What's important to us
. A proven track record in strategic management consulting, digital transformation, or executive advisory-ideally from a leading consulting environment.
. Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a strong grasp of its dynamics, challenges, and evolving priorities.
. Demonstrated ability to advise C-level leaders and lead transformation programmes that drive real, measurable outcomes.
. A strong ability to build and leverage relationships for business growth. You are skilled in value-added methodologies and proficient in converting leads into signed deals.
. A degree in Business, Strategic Management or a related field
. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
