Job Description:
- Support the fulfilment of strategy consulting talents and other group business and markets on an ad hoc basis
- Source talents from top strategy consulting firms globally via Linkedin and other channels
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis on talent markets, progression, compensation, etc to support hiring decisions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
- Having a passion for talent acquisition and strategy consulting
- Accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Objective-oriented, team player, and eager to learn
