Strategic Sourcing Specialist

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for leading procurement activities within the Company, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing solutions.

Job Description (of the role):

. Perform market analysis, develop, execute and drive strategic sourcing solutions in accordance with company needs

. Research and identify potential suppliers, work with stakeholders to evaluate their capabilities, reliability and pricing to ensure the value for the organization

. Assess and mitigate supply risk in the organization's supply chain

. Manage and monitor key suppliers performance and supplier relationships

. Negotiate with suppliers for favourable price, terms and conditions, establish and manage contracts with key suppliers and projects

Qualifications Required:

. Degree in any discipline, Engineering preferred.

Skills & Abilities Required:

. Global strategic procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing environment

. Proactive, independent, result-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
