About the Team:
The Project Management Office (PMO) team drives the company's expansion into new logistics capabilities and services across the region. As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end launch of new logistics projects, turning market opportunities and business insights into scalable, transformational programs for the business. You'll have the opportunity to pursue greenfield ideas and take them from concept to nationwide rollout
Job Description:
- Own end-to-end delivery of new logistics initiatives, from concept and feasibility through pilot, launch, and business-as-usual handover
- Develop business cases and feasibility studies (cost, timeline, resourcing, regulatory and customs requirements) for proposed new services and route expansions, and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and risks, proactively identifying blockers and driving corrective action to keep launches on track
- Partner with 3PLs, shipping lines, and pickup-point partners to evaluate and onboard new vendors, negotiate service terms, and ensure operational readiness before go-live
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Customer Service, and Tech/Product to align on requirements, systems changes, and launch readiness
- Lead pilot testing of new services and routes, monitor performance against targets, and iterate based on data before scaling regionally
- Track and report on post-launch performance (cost, SLA, volume, customer experience) of new initiatives, using data to guide go/no-go and scale-up decisions
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle, including regular updates on timeline, progress, and milestones achieved
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment
- Facilitate collaboration across the project team and with external partners to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience managing logistics or supply chain projects, ideally including launching new services, trade lanes, or network/route expansion (e.g., e-commerce, freight forwarding, courier, or last-mile delivery)
- Prior experience working with 3PLs, shipping lines/freight forwarders, or pickup-point/self-collection networks is a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously with competing timelines and priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging both internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to build business cases and track performance (Excel required, SQL or other data tools a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
