Strategic Project Manager AI & Operations Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead AI-driven operational transformation across our regional business. This role focuses on redesigning operating models, driving AI adoption, and transforming workforce capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a 1–2 year AI and operational transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Partner with Customer Service and Operations teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, redesign business processes, and implement AI-enabled operating models.
• Assess workforce capabilities and AI readiness, developing strategies to transition employees from routine execution to higher-value, AI-enabled responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal AI and Technology teams and external solution providers to evaluate, develop, and implement practical AI solutions.
• Drive organizational change management, workforce upskilling, and AI adoption across regional operational teams.
• Manage end-to-end transformation programs, including project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and implementation.
• Establish clear success metrics and monitor transformation outcomes, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
• Engage senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to challenge existing operating models, resolve implementation challenges, and drive sustainable organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic project management, business transformation, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading AI-related projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation, with hands-on experience driving AI adoption.
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management, operating model redesign, workforce transformation, and business process optimization.
• Excellent strategic thinking, project execution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively engage regional chinese speaking stakeholders.
