Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, allowing some flexibility for remote work. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, driving them from initialization to successful completion. Key duties include overseeing logistics, expediting project schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating across teams to meet deadlines effectively. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring objectives are met efficiently and within set parameters.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and techniques
• Experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge in Logistics Management and Inspection processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with self-motivation and strong time management abilities
• Experience in AI or tech-related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
