Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement activities, purchasing administration, and inventory coordination across departments
- Manage supplier evaluation, annual reviews, requalification processes, and vendor performance tracking
- Support quality audit preparation and SOP documentation updates
- Coordinate laboratory inventory and logistics processes, including inventory systems management
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and operational improvement projects
- Handle office administration duties including courier arrangements, mail management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Manage corporate mobile plans, devices, and internet service coordination
- Liaise with external service providers for office maintenance and cleaning services
- Support facilities coordination and maintenance scheduling when required
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking within NAV/BC systems and physical inventory management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree with relevant experience in procurement, purchasing administration, operations support, or office administration
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management
