- Review and negotiate contract clauses with IT vendors
- Collaborate with Legal and IT stakeholders to protect the Bank and to optimize the value from the supply market.
- Provide advice on contracts, explain impact of contract gaps and mitigate contract risks to the stakeholders effectively and collaboratively.
- Ensure compliance to the bank's policies, process standards and guidelines.
- Ensure the right risk culture through strong communication lines with stakeholders and team members.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Business related field and prior procurement experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage different projects simultaneously
