Key Responsivities
1. Strategy & Operations:
Formulate expansion strategies through data analysis, issue identification, countermeasure implementation, and process optimization develop sales plans and monitor department P&L.
2. Sales Management:
Strengthen engagement with existing customers (including new lane development) and acquire new clients via proactive hunter sales review and benchmark pricing against competitors.
3. Client Management:
Build long-term partnerships, analyze client needs, and collaborate internally to design tailored logistics solutions with value-added services maintain CRM records and report performance.
4. Market & Industry Intelligence:
Analyze market data, track trends, monitor competitors, and stay updated on industry conditions to identify growth opportunities.
5. Reporting and Coordination - Japan Headquarter and Clients:
Act as a liaison with Japan headquarters/branches, providing regular updates to Japan office stakeholders and management on all aspects of the forwarding business, ensuring alignment with global objectives and facilitating coordinated decision-making with headquarters and regional branches.
