Job Summary
EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore's leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Transport Authority (LTA), tasked with managing Electrical Vehicle (EV) charger deployment for carparks across the island and supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps to optimise deployment of EV charging systems and electrical infrastructure upgrades, ensuring alignment with stakeholder impact and scalability
- Conduct comprehensive planning studies to evaluate scope, schedule, and stakeholder implications for EV infrastructure projects
- Monitor and analyse emerging EV charging technologies and market disruptors to inform and update technological roadmaps guiding EVe's strategic direction
- Identify and address gaps in the customer service journey by designing actionable plans to enhance lot optimisation, customer experience touchpoints, and charging network interoperability
- Conceptualise and implement strategic planning initiatives with clear timelines and follow-up mechanisms to ensure project delivery
- Develop, track, and coordinate detailed workplans with internal teams and external partners to drive project execution and operationalisation
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to implement and operationalise strategic initiatives effectively
- Generate data-driven insights to improve customer experience and optimise internal work processes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support organisational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in strategic planning, business development, or business analysis, preferably within the EV or EV charging industry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends, producing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated interest in urban planning and sustainability, particularly relating to EV and charging infrastructure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant job experience in the EV or EV charging industry is preferred but not mandatory
