You will play a key role in supporting the CEO in the development of strategies for the Kidney Health Ecosystem and ensuring alignment and coordination across departments within the Foundation. You will also support the overall planning and strategy work, including corporate KPI reporting, driving cross functional collaboration and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
. Conceptualise, develop and pilot new programmes and initiatives involving internal stakeholders, industry partners to enable the foundation to effectively lead the kidney health services ecosystem.
. Refine multi-year strategic plans and coordinate overall efforts.
. Work with depts on translating the strategy into action plans.
. Engage stakeholders and partners to co-develop and implement programmes.
. Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress.
. Prepare reports and updates for board meetings.
. Analyse data to uncover insights to guide strategies and identify opportunities for data-driven interventions.
. Navigate policy considerations around data protection, privacy safeguards and proportionality of data sharing.
. Secure and manage funding and resourcing to implement programmes and initiatives.
. Evaluate outcomes of programmes and initiatives.
Requirements

. Minimum degree with at least 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience
