Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategic Planning and Operations Manager to support our Client Success, Business Development, and Operation teams for the Trip.Biz Southeast Asia (SEA) team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in connecting regional team's objectives with daily execution, streamlining processes, developing long term strategies for business operations efficiency, managing projects and optimizing processes to ensure efficient resource use across departments between our SEA offices and headquarter.

In this Role, you'll get to:
* Strategic Planning: To work with regional GM to devise long term strategy to optimize and enhance existing processes to support the region's business objectives and growth.
* Client Support: Assist the Trip.Biz Singapore Commercial Teams in facilitating client onboarding, maintaining client relationships, and addressing ad-hoc requests.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Contribute to data analysis efforts to inform decision-making and reporting.
* Cross-Department Coordination:

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks and special projects across departments.
* Facilitate communication between teams to enhance workflow and project efficiency.
* Manage scheduling, documentation, and meeting minutes for team meetings.

* Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing special projects, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
* Experience working in a matrix organization, with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SQL or other data tools are a plus.
* Willingness to travel when required.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Proven ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building relationships across cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
