As part of this journey, they are strengthening their corporate strategy capability within the CEO Office to support business planning, execution and future expansion initiatives.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organisation's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead annual strategic planning cycles and facilitate quarterly business reviews across the organisation
• Drive governance and execution tracking of transformation initiatives, ensuring accountability and achievement of strategic objectives
• Develop business cases, market assessments and financial models to support growth initiatives and investment decisions
• Conduct strategic studies covering market expansion, new business opportunities, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, strategic review and Board meetings
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, decision-making and implementation of key projects
• Establish best-practice frameworks, processes and performance tracking mechanisms to support sustainable growth
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of experience within corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, strategy & operations or related advisory environments
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, market assessments and strategic business evaluation
• Exposure to M&A, joint ventures, partnerships or business expansion projects would be advantageous
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong project management and execution capabilities with experience driving outcomes in complex organisations
• Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
