Job Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategic Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive the company's growth and ensure long-term success. You will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, operations, and other departments to analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and create actionable plans that align with the company's goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Plans: Collaborate with senior management to formulate, evaluate, and refine the company's strategic plans, identifying key opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Business Forecasting and Projections: Develop forecasts and projections for business growth, revenue targets, and market share, and analyze financial data to support strategic initiatives.
- Align Business Objectives: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are aligned with business operations and resources, enabling efficient implementation.
- Strategic Initiatives Execution: Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the company's objectives.
- Identify Risks and Opportunities: Assess potential risks and challenges that may impact business success and develop mitigation strategies. Identify new opportunities to improve profitability and market positioning.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments where necessary to optimize results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and build consensus on strategic decisions.
- Strategic Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations on strategic plans, market trends, and business performance to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Support Long-Term Growth: Contribute to the long-term strategic vision by identifying areas for innovation, partnerships, and investment that support sustainable growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or corporate strategy, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct complex market analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces) and business modeling tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Ability to think both creatively and critically, providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in industry-specific strategy (e.g., technology, finance, manufacturing).
