Job Description

  • Design and implement channel and partnership strategies to broaden market reach and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with distributors, referral partners, and intermediaries.
  • Evaluate market trends and channel performance to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and partner performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing channel partnerships within SME financing, including working capital and small business funding solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
