Strategic Partnerships Manager (Hotels / Travel)

Singapore | Full-time | On-site

We are partnering with a high-growth technology company in the travel and hospitality space to hire a Strategic Partnerships Manager based in Singapore.

This role will focus on building and managing strategic hotel partnerships across Singapore and regional markets to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates from travel, hospitality, airlines, e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms looking to grow in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Account Management

  • Build and manage relationships with hotel partners across Singapore and regional markets
  • Understand partners business priorities and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth

Business Development & Commercial Negotiation

  • Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Drive revenue through campaigns, promotions, and joint initiatives
  • Identify and onboard new hotel partners

Performance Management & Business Reviews

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Align on business strategy and execution

Data-driven Strategy & Market Insights

  • Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and pricing strategies
  • Support quarterly planning and supply strategy
  • Optimise commercial performance using data insights

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams
  • Improve partner performance and customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Hospitality
  • Experience from OTA, hotels, airlines, travel tech, e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms preferred
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
