Own and drive the commercial workstream for regional partnership initiatives, including opportunity sizing, business case development, financial modelling, and commercial analysis
Evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities through data-driven assessment of growth impact and strategic fit
Develop clear commercial recommendations and decision frameworks to support senior leadership decision-making
Engage and collaborate with external stakeholders to advance the partnership agenda
Drive cross-functional alignment at the regional level, translating strategic priorities into actionable execution plans for country teams
Act as the central point of coordination across functions and markets to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain execution momentum
Track project progress against key milestones and KPIs, ensuring disciplined governance and performance management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, e-commerce, internet, or other high-growth environments
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in business case development, opportunity sizing, and deep-dive data analysis
Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives across markets
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving business needs
