Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead venue expansion and revenue growth within Singapore. This role focuses on executing local partnerships strategy, securing new venue and event partnerships, and driving a consistent pipeline of revenue opportunities. You will also work on Event Partnerships to accelerate our growth in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Regional Venue Partnerships & Growth, this role is responsible for on-the-ground deal execution, account acquisition, and revenue delivery within the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Partnership Development (Local Execution)

  • Identify, engage, and secure new venue partnerships across Singapore
  • Build strong relationships with venue owners, operators, and hospitality groups
  • Execute partnership agreements aligned with overall commercial strategy
  • Support onboarding and activation of new venues to drive early revenue
  • Own and execute all local Singapore venue partnerships, including negotiation and closing of deals within the market

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

  • Own and deliver Singapore revenue targets in alignment with regional goals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across venues, corporates, and agencies
  • Drive recurring monthly revenue growth across the Singapore portfolio
  • Track performance metrics and optimise conversion rates

Strategic Event Partnerships

  • Develop and manage partnerships with event organisers, corporates, and agencies
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of events and activations
  • Deliver at least SGD 1M in annual event revenue
  • Identify repeatable partnership models to ensure sustainable revenue streams
  • Provide local market insights to inform regional strategy and decision-making

Commercial Hunting & Client Acquisition

  • Lead outbound business development targeting enterprise and high-value clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Convert new clients into long-term revenue-generating accounts

Account Management & Growth

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key partners and clients
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term contracts
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention

Market Insights & Feedback

  • Provide insights on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Feed insights back to the regional lead to inform broader strategy

Success Metrics

  • Number of new venue partnerships secured
  • Monthly recurring revenue growth
  • Annual event revenue (target: SGD 1M+)
  • Pipeline size, conversion rates, and deal velocity
  • Enterprise client acquisition and retention

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
  • Proven track record in commercial hunting and revenue delivery
  • Strong experience in events, hospitality, or venue-related industries preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with strong execution focus
