Introduction To The Role
Our client is looking for someone who is execution-oriented, to enable partners, drive go-to-market outcomes, manage escalations, and translate partner/market insights into internal actions.
Responsibilities
- Support Partner Managers to develop and execute GTM plans with prioritized partners to drive adoption and growth
- Drive disciplined business planning and execution tracking
- Provide ongoing partner education and enablement
- Facilitate partner onboarding and integration readiness
- Support ecosystem growth expansion by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new partners (as needed), with focus on scalable impact.
- Map ecosystem dynamics and identify opportunities/trends relevant to commerce and messaging partners
Requirements
- Business Mandarin & Japanese is required as you'll be speaking directly with Clients who are from ecommerce clients and are based both in China & Japan.
- Partnerships / BD / Partner Management experience in technology ecosystems
- Strong capability in GTM execution, partner enablement, and operational rigor
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and use them to guide decisions and partner actions
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive resolution through influence
- High autonomy, strong organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment
