Job description

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Execute strategy to grow the Android ecosystem in Singapore/South East Asia.
  • Manage relationships with Android partners, including carriers and retailers.
  • Lead the execution of initiatives and partnerships that accelerate Android adoption and deliver value to users and partners.
  • Serve as a point of contact between Singaporean partners and Google's internal cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing
  • Create narratives with data analysis to highlight opportunities and communicate ideas with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, business, or channel development in the technology industry.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in managing partnerships and leading projects from conception to completion.
  • Knowledge of the South East Asian (SEA) smartphone market, digital ecosystem, and players within the carrier and retail sectors.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with partners and internal teams.
