Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the regional talent plan lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate actively with internal teams, strategic partners, sales leaders, and program managers to co-create impactful enablement strategies tailored to priority partners.
  • Represent and articulate the client's strategic value to partners, equipping them to build strong, high-performing alliances.
  • Lead structured assessments to uncover partner goals and align their business outcomes with the client's strategic direction.
  • Design and implement workforce development plans that support partner readiness across build, sales, pre-sales, and delivery functions.
  • Gain deep familiarity with the client's training offerings and product suite to advise on tailored learning paths and expanded enablement solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication and strategic alignment between the client and partner growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with the Partner Programs team to monitor and incentivize training, certification, and enablement performance.
  • Partner with global strategists to support talent initiatives for multinational partners within the region.
  • Develop scalable frameworks that allow partners to grow their practices efficiently across the client's ecosystem.
  • Identify and address capability gaps by working with cross-functional leadership and the Partner Enablement (PE) team to deploy targeted training.
  • Serve as the key liaison with the Partner Enablement Services Hub to drive regional execution.
  • Collaborate with the central analytics team to interpret talent data and share actionable insights.
  • Apply learnings to continuously refine enablement strategies and improve partner outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years in training or enablement roles within IT or software sectors
  • Experience delivering advanced partner enablement programs
  • Willingness to travel
  • SaaS industry experience preferred
  • Background in partner/channel enablement or training
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying data insights
  • Skilled in building consensus and driving strategic process improvements
  • Solid foundation in project management
