What You'll Need
- 10+ years in capital markets operations, business transformation, or strategic change roles
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation or system implementation programs
- Strong grasp of derivatives, securities, and post-trade operations
- Experience navigating complex, cross-border stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle, exchange/clearing frameworks, and market infrastructure
