Strategic Manager

Job Description

Credence Consulting is looking for a Strategic Manager to shape and drive our long-term business direction. You will work closely with senior leadership to turn company vision into actionable plans, identify growth opportunities, and track delivery against strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate the company's strategic plans and annual priorities
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Build business cases, financial models, and recommendations for senior management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects from planning through execution
• Define KPIs and track performance, reporting progress and insights to leadership
• Support M&A, partnerships, or new market entry evaluations where relevant
• Facilitate strategy workshops and align stakeholders across departments
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, or business development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven experience managing projects and working across teams
