Strategic Investment & Financing Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for AI infrastructure projects (project finance, cash flow forecasting, cost of capital, scenario analysis).
- Support financing and investment execution: due diligence, valuation, investment memos, lender materials, and transaction processes.
- Evaluate and structure financing solutions across debt, equity, leasing, and hybrid capital for AI compute deployments.
- Conduct market and capital research on investors, peers, funding structures, and AI infra financing trends.
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (finance, legal, ops, technical) on cross-border projects, SPVs, and global expansion.
Who We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, PE, FA, Private Credit/Debt, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling and structured financing foundation.
- Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple work streams independently.
- Curious, self-driven, and excited about AI infrastructure and cloud computing
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
