About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Intern to support strategic initiatives within the Cleaning vertical. The role combines business development, market testing, and operational support. You will work on on-ground activities and small-scale experiments to support market growth and operational efficiency.

This internship requires on-site visits and fieldwork within Singapore.

What You'll Do

• Support market development activities in the Cleaning vertical.
• Assist with on-ground business development tasks, including meeting partners or visiting potential locations.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams to test acquisition ideas and activation strategies.
• Support execution of small-scale experiments and channel testing.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth coordination between teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on market behaviour, customer needs, and activation results.
• Prepare reports and updates on experiment outcomes and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Currently based in Singapore.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months (full-time).
• Interest in business development, operations, or marketing.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and on-site engagement when required.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to speak to partners or customers.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
