Hire Digital is looking for a
Strategic Events & Field Marketing Manager to own and scale high-impact B2B events and activations across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within Marketing and partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Growth to use events as a core driver of pipeline, partnerships, and brand impact.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the strategy and execution of B2B events and activations (industry events, roundtables, customer and partner programs)
- Lead end-to-end delivery across planning, logistics, production, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
- Partner with Sales and Growth to align events with go-to-market and pipeline objectives
- Ensure each event delivers a consistent, high-quality brand and customer experience
- Drive registrations, engagement, and measurable pipeline impact from events
- Track performance, ROI, and insights to continuously improve programs
Requirements
- 4-8 years experience in events, field marketing, or integrated marketing in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments
- Proven delivery of B2B events such as roundtables, launches, forums, and partner programs
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and execution skills.
- Comfortable using data and metrics to evaluate event and pipeline performance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
