Known for building long-term, trusted partnerships around secure digital workplace and cloud solutions, the business is now establishing a presence in Singapore to expand its reach within MAS-regulated financial services environments.
With deep technical capability already in place across Europe, leadership is seeking a commercially experienced operator who can translate that credibility into meaningful local relationships while helping shape a sustainable commercial presence in Asia.
The Opportunity
This role represents the company's first senior commercial presence in Singapore, focused on establishing trusted relationships within asset managers, multi offices, and smaller MAS-regulated financial institutions.
Rather than building a traditional sales function, leadership is seeking a trusted advisor-builder who can open strategic conversations, guide market positioning, and help shape scalable, relationship-driven entry into the region.
Working closely with the founder and international team, you will help establish early commercial rhythm, interpret local dynamics, and ensure that expansion into Singapore reflects the same reliability and precision that underpin the company's Europe operations.
This is not a volume-driven expansion; success will come from building trust, developing thoughtful entry pathways, and creating a sustainable foundation for future growth.
Scope of Work
Market Entry & Credible Positioning
- Establish a trusted commercial presence aligned with a security-first ethos
- Advise leadership on realistic entry pathways within Singapore's financial services ecosystem
- Translate regulatory and cultural nuances into clear commercial direction
Relationship Development & Strategic Access
- Open senior conversations with asset managers, and smaller MAS-regulated financial institutions
- Build credibility through measured engagement rather than high-volume outreach
- Represent the organisation with professionalism, discretion, and long-term orientation
Commercial Advisory & Opportunity Development
- Support early-stage opportunity shaping and refine local messaging and positioning
- Partner with technical teams to align commercial expectations with delivery capability
- Provide structured feedback loops to leadership on market signals and evolving needs
Local Intelligence & Growth Planning
- Surface insights that inform whether and how the Singapore presence should scale
- Contribute to defining a repeatable rhythm for pipeline development and engagement
- Support leadership in shaping the long-term commercial structure as traction develops
Ideal Profile
Must-Have Experience
- Senior commercial, consulting, or advisory background within Singapore's regulated financial services ecosystem
- Established relationships with asset managers or similar MAS-regulated institutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior stakeholders who value discretion and reliability
- Affinity for secure cloud, managed IT, or information security environments
- Experience in IT Risk Management at C-level, including oversight of risk frameworks, governance, and compliance in regulated environments
- Familiarity with MAS regulations and expectations of regulated clients
- Singapore-based, or able to operate locally with appropriate work authorisation and market presence
