Storeman

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Storeman to manage daily store operations, including e-commerce order fulfillment and event logistics preparation.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Event Logistics (Project-Based)

.⁠ ⁠Pick, pack, and prepare logistics for upcoming events

.⁠ ⁠Ensure all event items are accounted for and properly packed

.⁠ ⁠Assist with loading/unloading of logistics for events

.⁠ ⁠Support setup and teardown when required

2.⁠ ⁠E-commerce Fulfillment (Daily Operations)

.⁠ ⁠Process and download daily orders from online stores

.⁠ ⁠Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

.⁠ ⁠Prepare parcels for courier pickup

.⁠ ⁠Ensure timely dispatch of all orders

3.⁠ ⁠Warehouse Management

.⁠ ⁠Receive, check, and store incoming goods

.⁠ ⁠Maintain proper inventory organization and cleanliness

.⁠ ⁠Conduct basic stock checks and inventory tracking

.⁠ ⁠Ensure warehouse is neat, safe, and optimized for operations

4.⁠ ⁠Coordination

.⁠ ⁠Liaise with logistics partners and suppliers

.⁠ ⁠Coordinate movement of goods with overseas counterparts (China)

.⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth flow of inventory in and out of warehouse

Requirements

.⁠ ⁠Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading work

.⁠ ⁠Basic computer skills (Excel, order systems)

.⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and efficiently

.⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail

.⁠ ⁠Ability to communicate in Mandarin (for coordination with China partners)

.⁠ ⁠Prior warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus

Bonus (Optional but Good to Have)

.⁠ ⁠Experience with Shopify / Shopee / TikTok Shop backend

.⁠ ⁠Experience in event logistics
