Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.

  • Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages.

  • Store items properly according to safety and storage procedures.

  • Issue materials, tools, or products according to requests and records.

  • Monitor stock levels and prepare and place stock orders when inventory is low.

  • Liaise with suppliers or purchasing department for stock replenishment.

  • Follow up on ordered items to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based).

  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock audits.

  • Ensure the store/warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe

  • Label, tag, and arrange stock for easy identification and access.

  • Follow company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of inventory and stock ordering processes.

  • Ability to lift and move goods as required.

  • Basic computer and documentation skills.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    WORKING HOURS:

    2 options:

    1st option ) : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

    2nd option ) : Saturday (full day x 2days ) work alternate , 9am to 6pm

    Work Location: Sembawang

    Work Environment: Car Workshop - no aircon environment
