Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Storekeeper, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role is essential for managing inventory and supporting project requirements efficiently.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming materials against delivery notes, storing them in designated warehouse locations. Accurately record details of received goods in the inventory management system. Locate and pick necessary parts from inventory for easy access by operational teams. Systematically pack and label inventory items to facilitate efficient tracking and retrieval. Assist in the handling and movement of equipment and materials using a forklift, as needed. Print purchase order receipts and verify quantities with supplier invoices. Support technicians with material withdrawal and issuance from the inventory. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or store operations. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. Forklift license preferred, or a willingness to obtain one. Knowledge of delivery, packing, and import/export documentation. Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
